Our company’s main object generally centers around Agency and Representative Business, with a bias on legal representation (Non-Court Representation).
Over the years, 99% of our business has come from foreign nationals that have incorporated new businesses and others registered their home businesses as branches (foreign companies) in Uganda, ranging from financial institutions, manufacturing, tourism, imports and exports, nonprofit organizations, charities, with share capital ranging from 1,500 US Dollars to 6,000,000 US Dollars.
All of our first clients have retained our services, beyond the first time, incorporation or foreign company registration, to include; continuous company fillings, regulatory filings and compliance, intellectual property rights registration and protection, contracts drafting and registration among others throughout the years.
